Bishop Leroy Horne was born in Philadelphia, Mississippi USA. He has served the ministry in Shuqualak, MS for over 40 years. He received his Doctor of Divinity Degree from Aenon Bible College. Recently, Bishop Horne was elected to serve and confirmed as the Diocesan of the 57th Episcopal District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc., serving the Baja California/Mexico District Council.

The Council in April 2018 in Manzanillo was very special with the installation of our newly appointed Bishop - the Honorable Dr. Leroy Horne. Many guests from the US attended including International Evangelist, Writer, and Pastor, Bishop Clifton Jones. Our host this year will be Suffragan Bishop Miguel Padilla Carvajal of Manzanillo, Mexico.

Prayer: Luke 18:1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always pray, and not to faint; Prayer is the primary means of communication with God. Fasting: Mark 9:29 And he said unto them, This kind come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting. Fasting unto the Lord equips our minds by bringing our flesh under subjection to his will. Reading the Scriptures: 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

God is his word and to know God we must know his words.
